Welcome to BunBox! Our Gmail add-on enhances your email experience through AI-driven summarization and response suggestions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BunBox and constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and BunBox ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using BunBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BunBox.

1. Overview

BunBox uses advanced AI to provide:

Email Summarization: Quick, bullet-pointed overviews of email threads.
Response Suggestion: AI-crafted replies based on preset or customized prompts.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of BunBox will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or BunBox shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the state courts located in the State of Delaware. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

15. Entire Agreement

The Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published by us on BunBox constitute the entire agreement between you and BunBox concerning BunBox. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of by BunBox of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of BunBox to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full effect.

By continuing to access or use BunBox after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use BunBox.
